Q: What is living will ?

Ans: A living will is a written legal document that individuals can execute during their lifetime, whereby they can specify whether they shall or shall not be given medical treatment in the future if they become terminally ill. It does not deal with the disposal of any property, either during one's lifetime or after death.

Q: Elaborate section 66 of Information Technology Act ?

Ans: Section 66 of information technology act  :  Computer related offences. -- If any person, dishonestly or fraudulently, does any act referred to in section 43, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees or with both. Explanation .--For the purposes of this section,-- (a) the word "dishonestly" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 24 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860); (b) the word "fraudulently" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 25 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).

Q: Explain Article 245 of Indian constitution ?

Ans:  The legislative relations are connoted from 245 to 255.   The jurisdiction between centre and state are also divided in territorial jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction.   According to Article 245(1), the parliament has the power to make laws for a particular territory or for whole territory.   The state legislature has the power to make laws for a particular part or whole territory of state in accordance with Article 245(1).   The Parliament also has the power to make laws for extra territorial operation in accordance with Article 245(2) of Indian Constitution.   The laws for extra territorial operation will be based on territorial nexus test.   Wallace Brothers And Co.
